When you sign up or log in with Google, we collect your name and email address. This information is used solely for account creation, authentication, and order-related communications. We do not access or store your Google Drive, calendar, contacts, or any other Google data.
We use your information to generate artwork, process orders, and communicate with you about your orders. Your email is used solely for order-related communications.
You retain full ownership of the images and prompts you create using our service.However, by using our service you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your generated images and prompts for the purpose of operating and promoting our service. This includes using your generated images to display your order in your account area and for our internal analytics and service improvement.
You may not use generated images in any way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
We store your uploaded photos and generated images securely using Cloudflare R2 storage. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Generated images associated with completed orders may be retained for order history purposes.
We use cookies to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process your order (e.g., sharing your shipping address with our print fulfillment partner) or as required by law.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational security procedures to protect the confidentiality of your personal data, including encrypted data transmission and secure storage using Cloudflare's infrastructure.
We do not transfer or disclose your information to third parties for purposes other than those described in this policy. The only third parties we share data with are our print fulfillment partner (for order delivery), payment processors (Stripe for payments), and Google (for authentication — name and email only).
We store your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Uploaded photos and generated images are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Completed order records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
